Refund and Return Policy
We are so confident you will love our product that we give all customers a 30 day Trial Period.
This means you have 30 days to try your item after receiving it. If it turns out you don't like it or don't need it, we will provide you with a pre-paid postage label allowing you to return the item. Once the item has been returned, we will issue a full refund.
"How do i proceed with a refund?"
Initiating a refund with us is as easy as emailing us at customer-service@tgeshop.com or you can fill out the form below. If you have been unfortunate enough to recieve a product that is defective, then we will issue you a refund within 1-2 Days. We will also provide you with a pre-paid shipping label so you can return the defective item.
"I Would rather a replacement over a refund. Is that possible?"
Absolutely! If you would rather a replacement product instead of a refund then drop us an email at, customer-service@tgeshop.com or fill out the form below and we will send out a replacement product the next working day.
